Studio located on the 5th floor with sleeping area (with double bed).
Furthermore, there is a cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), floor-to-ceiling windows opening out onto the spacious sun-facing terrace with beautiful open views over the polder landscape, fitted open kitchen, renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. The building is on the Zeedijk but the studio is at the back.
